How much is shipping?
Delivery is ₹69 on orders below ₹499, ₹49 on orders from ₹499 to ₹998, and free on orders of ₹999 or more. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Cash on Delivery has a ₹25 handling fee.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely online with UPI, debit/credit cards or net banking through Razorpay, or choose Cash on Delivery. A ₹25 COD fee is added when you select Cash on Delivery.
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
We currently deliver within Kerala. Orders are usually dispatched in 1 to 3 business days and delivered 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
How can I track my order?
Log in to My Account and open Orders to see your order status, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
What is your return policy?
If an item arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Read our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
